Our Recommended Mold-Making Process

Assembly: Snap the housing system together using the clips.

Mount: Use adhesive (transfer tape) to secure your master and housing to a flat surface. Housing must be Key Side Down; place Cone Key in center.

Seal: Hot glue exterior edges for a leak-proof seal.

First Pour: Pour silicone and cure (ideally in a pressure pot).

Prep: Remove first half and cone key. Trim silicone flash for a flat fit.

Release Agent: Apply Talcum powder or Vaseline to the silicone. Keep it off the master die.

Second Pour: Place silicone back into housing (Key Side Up). Adjust height, re-seal edges, and pour second batch.

Finish: Cure, demold, and enjoy!
