Bathyal Labs Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Policy Because our products are handmade, custom-designed, or made-to-order, Bathyal Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or "user error."
2. Custom & Commissioned Orders For all commission orders, production begins immediately once the invoice is paid.

No Cancellations: Once manufacturing or the design phase has started, the order cannot be canceled, and payments are non-refundable.

No Returns: We do not accept returns on custom items unless there is a major fault or the item is defective as defined by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3. Handmade Variance (The "Nature of the Craft") Please note that handmade resin dice and 3D-printed items are unique works. Minor cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. These include:

Micro-bubbles or internal inclusions.

Minor sprue marks or sanding traces.

Visible layer lines or support marks on 3D prints.

Slight color variations from digital mock-ups. These characteristics do not impact the functionality of the item and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Quality Issues & Defects If an item has a major fault (e.g., it arrives broken, is missing a face, or the 3D print has structural failure), we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

Reporting Window: You must email bathyallabs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface showing the specific defect.

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
5. Digital Products (.STL Files) Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of .STL files and digital downloads are final.

No Refunds for User Error: We do not offer refunds if you are unable to print the file due to your specific hardware, slicer settings, or technical knowledge.

Technical Errors: If a file is proven to be technically corrupt or incomplete, a replacement file will be provided.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Unless a written exclusivity agreement is signed prior to production, all 3D models and designs created for custom orders remain the intellectual property of Bathyal Labs. We reserve the right to reuse, modify, or resell these designs in future projects or as standalone products.

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies
Product Orders Refund Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations and Tips Refund Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.bathyallabs.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
